PureLens - Privacy Policy

PureLens is an AI-powered photo tool that removes visual filters. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can delete it.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email and basic Google profile data when you sign in, or an anonymous identifier while you use the app as a guest.
• Device identifier: a one-way hash used to enforce the one-time welcome removal across reinstalls. We do not store the raw ID.
• Photos: originals and generated results are stored so the app can return and display your result.
• Usage and purchase data: removal count, coin balance, checkout reference, payment status, and refund totals used to credit the right account and prevent duplicate credits. PureLens does not store card details.
• Optional reward data: when a signed-in user opens Earn free coins, Google Mobile Ads may process the advertising ID, device and ad interaction data, consent choices, and a PureLens user identifier. PureLens stores verified reward transaction references, progress, and earned balances to prevent duplicate or fraudulent rewards.

2. How we use information

• Process photos and return results.
• Maintain accounts and coin balances.
• Verify coin-pack purchases and refunds.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Verify optional rewarded-ad or offer-task completions and maintain the separate earned-coin balance.

3. Photo processing and deletion

We do not sell your photos or use them to train third-party models. You can permanently delete your account, uploaded originals, processed images, usage records, and remaining coin balance from Settings in the app.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Hosting and AI providers process only the data needed to run the service. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for optional web purchases and processes checkout, tax, payment, and refund data. Google Mobile Ads processes data needed to serve optional rewarded ads, measure them, prevent fraud, and send signed reward callbacks. Consent controls are shown where required. Reward providers may process task completion and payout data only when you choose to open them.

5. Security

Traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and stored data access is restricted. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Children

PureLens is not directed to children under 13.
